Suppose we are going to have to have players that can go straight in and play the season. As we don't have the fan base that will tolerate development in first team. Its what other right back that can be brought in as back up and can be developed in his shadow.

We definitely need a starting RB, I just hope it's not Aaron Wan-Bissaka. I fear I will be disappointed one way or another. I would also argue that it's the manager who doesn't tolerate development in the first team, rather than the fan base.

In fairness it's not just randomly rounding it up. There's some relevance there because obviously there are no games for the next 3 months, so pointing out that he'll turn 29 within the first 10 games or whatever of the season does add a little bit of context.

He's coming 100% as a starter btw, there's no chance he's a backup to anyone, unless we also get Trippier, then they can rotate from bad to worse as the season goes on.

Surely there are RB’s in the mould of Coleman in his prime and Baines and Digne on the left out there
2 attacking overlapping full backs make a huge difference to this side especially if we have Grealish and Ndiaye as our wingers
