what chances we'll ever start a game with barkley, mirallas, deulofeu, lennon and rom all on the pitch?

I can see him being ahead Deulofeu, Martinez is very cautious with him, and he knows Lennon will track back and put a shift in. I think against someone like Chelsea he would go Lennon ahead of Deulofeu definitely.

Hel start I reckon against Chelsea with Del on the bench. Mirallis in for Cleverly with Ross deep with McCarthy & Barry and Rom up top

aye tend to asgree mate, mori on the left i bet, think will maybe see rodriguez off the bench in that one with kone starting to rest rom as well
Could for sure see that, a lot depends on how that Rodriguez settles / does in training.

Should be a good week for him though now, he'll train with first team and be able to work closely with the staff whilst the internationals are away (rodriguez that is)

Also helps the fact he has a few Spanish speakers in the team and a Spanish speaking coach i reckon mate, will make adjusting a little bit easier i guess

of them all he's the one i want to actually see most as absolutely no idea whatsoever about him lol

haha the spanish thing should help for sure.

And yeah i agree with you, i want to see him but i also want him to succeed just because it was a mad little transfer / weirdest one for ages.

Hoping he manages to somehow bag a few for us.

I like the lad. Probably one of the best players towards the end of last season.

However we all knew this was going to happen at the end of May.

The minimum you are going to get is a lot of graft and good defensive work, which when combined with his pace makes him a useful option in certain games.

He also did well going forwards at the back end of last season.

A good signing. I look forward to seeing him play in blue once more.
