They also need to be asking themselves why, as a charity whose stated aim is to help women affected by violence and abuse, should have previously chosen to align themselves with a self confessed sex addict. Not a natural pairing imho

I see there you are coming from here, but I think, in general, marginalising recovering addicts isn't really a healthy thing to do for society or the individual. You get plenty of recovering addicts talking as events, and so you should

A normal (non celebs) life as a sex addict is awful and pretty life threatening so they should have a voice

But he said plenty of things in the media which should have make them question whether he was a good idea

I would have thought his public treatment of Andrew Sachs daughter should have been enough for any charity to run a mile from him let alone one that is in the violence against women charity sector

The guy is, and always was, a menace, irrespective of if he is/was a recovering anything.
