I thought that as well, but not being an egg chasing afficionado I thought it was my lack of knowledge/interest.

Wales look weak, slow and scared to death.
You could see DuPont passing the ball just before the last line and the receiver caught it about 3 feet the other side of the line. Poor from the officials

Was expecting Wales to be beaten by 30+ points

It depends on the hand action of the passer and the distance of the pass. If you're running at speed and pass "flat" across more than say 7/8 metres, the ball will drift forward due to the laws of physics, but that is a flat pass.

If the hand movements is clearly forward and the ball only travels a few inches, it's a forward pass.

I thought it was very marginal but Dupont's hands were more or less backwards, I think.
