Been praising the change to 4-3-3 today myself on twitter. It allowed Roas to play from deeper once he came on and put a total mismatch of Lukaku vs Monreal. I'd be happy to see this formation going forward. With McCarthy and Barry covering centrally we don't have to worry too much if Barkkey does make a mistake (none today really), it gives more room for Baines and Coleman to push on, with an extra man in the middle if we need cover, and we have our dangerous players in more advanced positions.
