So yeah, as the title of this thread says really. What will you remember most about 2017 Everton? The return of Rooney? Our main sponsor drilling us on social media? Battering Man City 4-0?

The unexpected match thread following a random Turkish cup match cos we might sign a player was a highlight.

But the real answer is the bewilderment from signing (5) players in a week, then no one for the rest of the window, till Gylfi chipped up. Then got worse. Very worse.

The return of Rooney for sure.....also the fact that he wasnt held together with gaffa tape for 2 seasons...and has managed to bang in the goals considering we heard he was completely finished. So glad some on here were proven wrong. He has been the brightest point in a rather dull season.
