Walbeck is utter tosh; no composure whatsoever. He's a typical footballer of this generation (Sterling, Lennon, Walcott etc), an athlete, all pace with about 20% final product.

A natural footbller doesn't need to be taught about composure in and around the box, its a gift that you're born with

IMO both Walcott and Lennon have improved their final product a lot this season.. Welbeck would be a good loan signing if available, I'd like to see a bit of pace upfront for us even if just for the last 10minutes of the game.

Which Everton footballers are a natural footballer? not having a go mate, just chatting.

I find this post strange because you mentioned Walcott, whose composure and finishing has come on leaps and bounds in the past 12 months or so. He's moved from being a winger to a very strong contender for Arsenal's lone strike position for exactly those reasons.

I see no reason why somebody like Welbeck can't do the same.

They have improved, its a natural occurence when your constantly playing football, day in day out and being coached on what to do and what not do. But ask yourself, if they didn't have the pace, would they be playing at such a high level?

Next time Arsenal play, just focus on Walcott; look at his control, touch and some of the decisions he makes. For every blistering run he makes, there'll be 5/6/7 times when he can't trap a ball or runs down a blind alley. Pace gets you a long way in the modern game.

Osman, Gibson, Pienaar, Felli, Jelavic, Baines. They are all naturally gifted footballers who are extremly comfy with the ball at their feet; not one of them are known for their pace, but give them the ball and they'll see a bigger picture, won't get flustered when they're closed down

Don't agree with Jelavic or Felli. Jelavic is awful on the ball, but however, is a fantastic natural 1st touch finisher, but I wouldn't say a natural footballer in general. Also, I believe that Felli strives to be a good player, and is, through hard work. He has mastered the basics, but I don't think he has a lot of natural talent. Shows how far he has come if this is true though, as he is now a very good player.
