It has 2 good teams, the rest are utter pants and would struggle in League Two.

/shrugs

dortmund, schalke, bayern, stuttgart have all beaten english and spanish opposition in europe over the past two years

their teams also have done best on average in europe this season

of the last 32 players called up to the german team ((the 2nd ranked team in the world) only 5 players play abroad and those players came from 11 different clubs

German teams don't win a lot of european trophies though. You'd think they would if that was true.

dortmund or bayern will win the CL this season, bayern would have won it last year had chelsea not parked the bus and fluked their way to win the game (which was lost on a penalty shoot out which could have gone either way)

If England have proved nothing else as an international football team, they're proved that penalty shoot outs aren't random.

If Bayern get bonus points for only losing on pens that final then surely they lose bonus points for only getting there on pens? Plus the played their final at home, it was a bottling mate. They bottled it.

And as for a german team winning the CL this season, I'll believe it when i see it. That trophy is going in spain.

Guessing this was a joke right?
Alot of the german teams would beat the bottom half of the prem easily, and the top 5 in their league would challenge ours IMO.

SSN saying that Notts Forest have told Lee Camp he can leave on a free this month.

Could be an option as back-up for Howard (who's looked better recently) - especially on a free.

He's 28 and he wouldn't get a game. I'd rather the wages go elsewhere.

I know mate - that's the main downside. But, realistically, we wouldn't get any other better keepers without spending £££. I'd like to see Smithies or Butland brought in - but i'd rather the little cash we had be spent on improving other areas.

thats a tad harsh considering neville holds the highest pass completion % rate in the entire squad

Don't belive that for a minute considering he loses the ball every time he gets it. The only passes he acually manages to complete are those little passes to jags and osman that are over the space of two foot which dose nothing for the team so the jags hoofs it.

Like I said in another thread the fact that we are supposed to be challenging for a champion leauge spot an Neville is still a weekly member of our squad is nothing short of embarrassing.

I do think that welbeck is a good player and I'd be made up to have him here. He's better then big vic I reckon and on a loan can't really go wrong can you.

88.4% the 32nd highest in the league

interestingly magaye gueye has a 100% passing completion ratio in the two appearances he has made, but apart from that neville is highest

You don't believe an actual fact?!
