Yeah of course, but can we compete with a Russian club like them? Realistically no. They offered wages which would make him our top earner by quite a bit, and if our expectations would be to do that we'd be acting like kopites haha.

This is depressing. A club which is fighting relegation can sign a good player for merely £1.8M. I don't understand why we don't go for him. The wee club will make a handsome profit easily in a year or two.

It's really annoying I know. Moyes was close to getting a much better player in M'Vila though, so if anything we can hope for someone better than Sissoko.
