Player Valuation: £40m
Confirmed by the way lads, Sissoko to Newcastle for £1.8m.
I hope we sign two or three but without a sale I'd be surprised if anything happens , hopefully though we'll sign 3 or 4 for decent money . Lets see what happens that's all we can do , I've no idea what's ahead but I do know at least two agents that everton have apparently told that to .
Why not get Marko Marin on loan ?
M'Vila would be an EFC player by now if we stumped up a bit more cash... *runs*
If we'd stumped up "a bit more cash" Rubin Kazan could easily have just bid whatever it took to out-do our bid.

I appreciate where you're coming from and, indeed, I agree to and extent but shows how pathetically low our expectations are - well we tried and spectacularly failed, but at least tried!Yeah, if anything I'm pleased that we even tried to compete for this deal. We were just unlucky, I'm sure there's other targets.

This is depressing. A club which is fighting relegation can sign a good player for merely £1.8M. I don't understand why we don't go for him. The wee club will make a handsome profit easily in a year or two.

It's really annoying I know. Moyes was close to getting a much better player in M'Vila though, so if anything we can hope for someone better than Sissoko.
