How did you work that one out? There's 363 days in a year? There are 26 players/ referees on pitch including 4th official so its probably nearer to 1/8 chance or thereabouts.

It's true (though including the assistants would make the probability ~60%, not 'almost certain'). Include the full matchday squads (which @fandjango may have been implying), and it's almost certain (40 people is ~90% likely). It's called the "Birthday Paradox". Some interesting maths involved.
