Brighton, although they won, and scored 3 at the weekend for me are dodgy and susceptible for the drop. Their away form is poor, and they struggle for goals really. I think that's where they'll come unstuck, maybe just maybe, they'll ground out a few home results. Swansea and Huddersfield yet to visit could be huge.
Huddersfield just seem to have wobbled a little too much, and the engine has stopped working. They're compact, but that's it, they're lacking that "oomph" going forward and like Brighton, hugely lack goals. If you takeaway results away at Watford and Palace (7 goals), they've scored just 12 goals in 24 matches, and similar to Boro last season, will end up flopping. Fortuitously, they have a "generous" home run in. Bournemouth, Palace, Swansea, Everton (guaranteed 3 points) and Watford, need to be picking up a minimum of 10-14 more points to be in with a chance for me. Spurs, City and Chelsea away mean the home games are so important.
Newcastle, just seems in disarray. Unlike the other two, it's the off field problems which blight Newcastle. Their heads seem gone, their manager looks downbeat and it's negative. A fairly generous run of home games in Huddersfield, West Brom, Southampton. But still have to face United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs and Chelsea (plus us away, if you feel confident at home), that's a tough run and i reckon that's where they come unstuck.
Swansea seem to have gained some momentum, have a fairly generous home schedule and a potential relegation decider against Stoke on final day! Burnley, us, Stoke, West Ham, Southampton and Huddersfield and Brighton away. I reckon swansea will stay up.
I think the bottom half is so fascinating. Any team can get sucked up. But i still stick with my guns and say the three promoted teams go straight back down.
