I think we've got two of the smartest kits in the league, nothing fancy, just a top quality football kit with 'Everton' on it

Agreed lid, can't go too far wrong with the plain white for the third kit either, lovely stuff.

it's not third party, deal was negotiated directly with Nike UK and Ireland, away shirt is unique to us and not a 'template', the closest Nike shirt to it is the France kit but that is still different. The home kit is of a 'template' but one that is shared with the likes of Brazil and PSG, so not just a design they throw at lower league clubs, our deal with Nike is more exclusive then the likes of Stoke's and Sunderland's with Adidas or that Dundee utd. one with Nike. I like both kits in long sleeve incidentally.

They're lovely kits, but the main kit is always the short sleeve home one, and that is diabolical.

The GK kit is abhorrent too.

By the sounds of things it will sell out as well, then lids will only have the short sleeve as an option as they won't produce more longies with shorties left on the racks.

One useful thing which came out of today's embarrassing twitter session from Paul Tyrrell, just to dispel all this 'buying a shirt doesn't help the club' garbage:

Nah, not swayed by the Nike swish. Won't be buying a kit this season.

Having said that, I don't mind the Media Polo shirts at 22lbs (I don't have a "£" key on my keyboard...) might get me one of those.

Would love the long sleeve one but being thin I get paranoid I look like crouch when I wear my one long sleeve Everton shirt, so I usually pull the sleeves up a bit.

The home short sleeve is gash with the silly white cuffs, the long sleeve looks like more of a classic. The away shirt looks excellent.

Shame they couldn't emulate the last LQS home and away, they are both classics.

I have to say the home shorts look utterly ridiculous with the wide blue stripe.
