I put 50-53 first, but I think this is achievable and will give us 15.

We're not going to relegate spurs on the last day are we?
This would be marvellous. I know two Spurs fans and they have unashamedly been dying for us to be relegated every time we were in the mire, so it would give me great personal satisfaction to see them drop.

Forty-Eight... we've not demonstrated a capacity or consistency for more, over this season. Maybe some adults will surprisingly enter the room at the 11th hour.
Yup. How many points? Not enough is the short answer.

We had a great win on Saturday against a team that David Moyes told us all in November was way out of our league. We knew he was dissembling then and that was proven at the weekend. The team that was way better than us, apparently, was below us in the league on both occasions we have played them this term. We have also beaten them on two of the last three times we've met them. But that's a self-installed glass ceiling for you courtesy of Moyes Glazers: Putting a lid on it since 2002.

Burnley is a must-win - no excuses. But we've been here so many times before. Until this manager and his team demonstrates proven ability to beat inferior sides at home, everyone should be skeptical. The away form is brilliant, but the inability to set up a team at home will hole us under the bow. I think it already has as the away form cannot reasonably be expected to continue. The run of home disasters against Brentford, Wolves, Bournemouth, and Leeds has killed us. Whatever about losing to United, the capitulations to Spurs and Newcastle look even more bizarre now that we know both of those sides are mediocre at best (being kind to Spurs).

But a win tomorrow gives us a chance to endure another false dawn which will remain false unless we can start beating like likes of Liverpool and Chelsea at home to make up the lost ground.

It's a very difficult run-in, just glad we're at 40 points already.I think we're guaranteed not to be in the bottom six now, question is which of the 7th to 14th positions we end up in. I'll go for 12th.

We will be lucky to get to 52 points given the fixtures left (and our form in the reverse fixtures this season). 3 wins 3 draws from 10 games?

Expecting anything more is pure hope over experience. It is why we all support them though!

It would really help if we win tomorrow.

Ah the awful false dawn of gaining 40 points in Feb…

I guess we need to return to the good old days of survival in May… Good traditional Everton

Man . You are boring.

I think we can win half the games out of the 10 and I think if we do that we will be in with a decent shout of being in europe, but we may need one of the other teams above us to drop off to get top 7

If our home form was anything to go by, we’d be hard pushed to pick up many points in the run in but if Davy does tend to average 1.5 points per game so we should be around the mid-50s
