When do want Moyes out Tubey ? Now, or at the end of the season ?

I wouldn't think it wise to switch managers midway through a campaign, for better or worse. The only time to change a manager in my eyes is either as soon as the season finishes or if you're in serious relegation trouble and you have 10 games left.

So, in short, I'd replace him at the end of the season.

Fickle. Biased. ... adds delusional to the list.

In that case, why don't you wait until the season is effectively over before commissioning polls every week to guage opinion ? Our position at the end of the season will enable fans to make a more considered and definitive judgement, rather than have this fickleness depending on the last result which you referred to above ?

Because it's tradition ^^

But yeah, you're totally right. I do find it interesting how people change after each result though. Perhaps switching from "Moyes In/Out" to "Everton - Are You Happy With Things At The Moment?" would be sufficient. Or locking the thread after the poll is created so just the votes are on and not comments.

I've gave Moyes credit quite a few times. Spurs last January, he played a blinder tactically after a horrid month and I gave him credit for it. However, he doesn't follow up on it.

Even today I've said he got the substitutions right. But he's got them horribly wrong for around three months on the bounce. So one right doesn't cancel out around ten wrongs.

I'm not mindlessly criticising the bloke, as I'd love to be wholeheartedly behind him as he's the current manager of Everton. However, I can only go on what I can see. I can't support his many shortcomings.

If he recovers, nobody would be more happy than me. I'm not like Damon, who wouldn't criticise Moyes even if he collared him plowing his missus. I'm not wanting Everton to lose just to slate David Moyes. I'm a Blue FFS.

Debatable.

Debatable.

It isn't.

Anyone with half a brain can see I care about Everton.

Whereas you're the man who has actually said on these boards around six months ago that you support David Moyes more than you do Everton.

Yet I don't accuse you of not being an Evertonian do I, despite your constant best impressions of a Kopite.

Lies.

David Moyes is the best man to lead Everton FC. On this I have no doubt.

The board are the issue.
