Without knowing much on the business of transfers, I doubt any club settles up front for the whole fee, ever. It that is the sticking point the deal will collapse.

His open play numbers 0.13 xG/90 + 0.08 xA/90 (https://understat.com/player/714) and his numbers from other situations 0.09 xG/90 + 0.14 xA/90. So almost 50% of his actions in attack coming from set pieces, penalties, etc. For open play his numbers are very poor and I'm not sure that he'll be on penalties, freekicks, corners in Everton. He just doesn't worth this 40-50M.

Can people please remember we are Everton and not Swansea. Our open play is miles above there's. You don't slot through balls to Llorente.
