I think he has to find youngsters but also mature players from across Europe for key positions, maybe a mature centre half, or creative player, I think of the back four at Spurs, those players were not at the very top clubs before joining there, I hoping he can find those aswell.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against Walsh, I want him to succeed, but I hope he can find a bring in those players, as he's done with Sandro, to get us up and running and pushing for success sooner rather than waiting for the next generation.
