too many memorized crosses that does not reach its target and result in the counter attack of the opponent.. i also in general dont like his final decision making, its mostly poor. he is one of the players that needs to step up his level of contribution asap

He certainly does have his flaws, especially against quick and agile players.. but regardless of this, his presence for Everton team defence is HUGE, he is literally the backbone of this team while defending.
