Homepage Article Rafael Benitez Appointed Everton Manager

Prior performance seems to dissolve into pot luck when people turn up at Everton mate, but I guess something has to click at some point...

Homepage Article Rafael Benitez Appointed Everton Manager

Seeing official pics etc, it feels a bit alternate dimension tbh. If he walks straight in and transfer lists the likes of Gomes and Iwobi while we can still mug off someone who's never seen them play, that'll be a good start.

    New Everton Manager

It was the right house, turns out there is a turf war between local BSL teachers.

    New Everton Manager

Even more so if we are still in the business of handing out contracts that make it fiscally perferable for mercenaries to underperform and get themselves punted.

    New Everton Manager

Exactly, I do wonder why he's not gone off to learn his current trade the hard way, on his own

    New Everton Manager

I liked Dunc as a player (when he wasn't suspended) and seems a top bloke, but him being ever present around our dugout almost feels like the club is patronising him, and us to an extent.

    New Everton Manager

I feel like this last episode shows us that the fit is as much, or even more important than caliber. Some of the "football" I've watched over the last few months is the worst I've seen. I am not sure how sustainable Dunc's high effort/intensity approach could be though? It's a shame Cahill...

Probably worth mentioning for those not sure: adblock is a (user added) browser add-on, it's not a native / integrated browser setting or anything.

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

Here is an ordered list of players better equipped to deputise for Richarlison before you bring Iwobi in: Nkounkou Gordon Bernard Walcott Bolasie Absolute blind spot for Carlo, sort it out.

Entirely unsurprising that. Iwobi is a complete weak link in this set up, he's literally 3rd choice out left behind Nkounkou and then Gordon, all on Carlo imo.

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

Reds aghast that Carlo name-checked VVD, completely skipping over the elephant in the room: VVD deliberately fouled James (and DCL), at the very least to shake him up, or best case (for them) to injure him, it's not even debatable. Them lot really are scum

    2020/21 James Rodriguez

If we didn't leak so many against-the-run goals, we'd only need James to play the first 45 per match tbh

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

Is he the one who described Pickford getting death threats etc as "a bit of stick"? What a bell Edit: apparenly that was "Vinny O'Connor from sky"

Match Thread Everton v Liverpool - Preview, Match Report and MotM Poll

This is a basic concept that the reds constantly struggle with, they expect impunity on and off the pitch.

Same mate, hard to condemn Richarlison if you were around for any of this ^ (and more)
