Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

If they’re trying to keep Liverpool fans from snatching up tickets in the home end, it would make more sense to lift the single ticket cap for members. We’re only talking about 100 or so tickets. That would likely ensure the home sections were both full and free from away fans.

Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Just to be clear, you do have to buy a membership, correct? I’m not opposed to doing so, but just want to be sure there isn’t a way around it that I missed before throwing down an extra 40 quid.

Plenty available on the ticket resale platform. https://resale.evertonfc.com/content I think they're also on general sale, but those are probably almost all obstructed views.

If you’re a member, and log on right when they go on sale, there will be four together as the back two or three rows of the lower Gwladys is always fully available. As far as finding four unobstructed together that far back, probably a challenge.

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

Again, probably 35k tickets to each match sell for ~£30. Then you’ve got a fair number of tickets which likely get comped to the friends/families of the players, staff and management. Also, there’s (likely) comped tickets for everyone who sits in the Director’s Box. Then you’ve got hospitality...

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

You keep referring to the season tickets in this manner, but are they really discounted? Considering they comprise 30k+ of the ticket sales, once you add in the away tickets, probably 90% of the tickets are selling for right at £30. With that in mind, isn’t the season ticket price really the...

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

Funny to go back and read the first page of this thread, and the near-euphoria that this new system (but mainly getting rid of SH) was welcomed with. The lesson as always...be careful what you wish for.

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

Good find. The club sure have done a good job of making sure the resales platform isn’t especially prominent.

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

Why? Suppose someone who is a longtime season ticket holder ends up being reassigned for work on a short term basis to London, or somewhere in Europe where they can make more than a few matches a year. Is it really fair to ask this longtime supporter to either eat the cost of his tickets, and...

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

From a user standpoint, I think most people are in agreement that this is a big step backwards from the StubHub days. My biggest gripe with this is that so far, the club have done an extremely poor job of communicating exactly when they put these resale tickets up for sale. The only information...

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

No kidding. The interface was great, easy to use, could even search easily on my phone through the app, and as you said allowed for planning well ahead of time. The only small headache was that the only way to collect the tickets was by standing in line at that ticket office on the Bullens Rd on...

New In-House Ticket Re-Sale Platform (no more StubHub!)

Is there some sort of published schedule of when the re-sale tickets go up for sale, or do I just have to be perusing the regular ticketing website, trying to decide which post I’d like to sit behind, and maybe stumble upon some of the secondhand tickets?

Or just stuck with StubHub, which other than for a vocal minority who whined about 2-3 games a year where people would try and resell for exorbitant amounts, was working just fine. I liked it, because like you said, coming over from the US, it was possible to have tickets sorted weeks or even...
