    Who sells tickets on Stubhub?

Totally incorrect . There are only 7 tickets left dotted about the Upper Visitors section on sale for £48 . The tickets referred to by the OP are in the Top Balcony. The same thing happened a few times last season and I queried who was selling all these tickets together at the same price. I...

    Question from an international Evertonian

You do know the game has been switched to Sunday 1st March for Sky ? You should get tickets via the club but they may be obstructed views. There are better tickets on Stubhub but maybe more expensive. You collect tickets at Goodison so that would mean no postal charges or delays.

I don't know what you are disputing. EFC is a private limited company. Private just means It isn't quoted on the stock exchange but anyone can buy shares ( when available ) via Blankstone Singtons who are based in Exchange Flags . I believe anyone who wants to sell shares has to go through the...

Thanks for your full explanation. I am aware of the squeeze-out rights in the case of a takeover but I have always understood the same rule applies at any time.

I beg to differ. Under the Companies Act ,when the 90% threshold is reached ,the majority shareholder can compulsorily purchase the remaining shares. Equally ,the minority shareholders can oblige the majority shareholder to buy them out.

Moshiri has said he has no wish to buy out small shareholders but I suppose that could change. He would have to deal with individuals who probably do not wish to sell. Only when and if he reaches 90% does he have any legal right or obligation to buy them.

OK we get it . Peel is not a building company .Peel is an infrastructure and real estate investment group and they don't sell land they lease it. Everton have an agreement to lease BMD subject to planning approval.

Yes there are road improvements planned in the area and there are details on the LCC website. But it has nothing to do with BMD. .Although it will be useful to have the roads upgraded in case BMD ever happens............

Its been said often enough in the press .The club have to please LCC , Peel ,World Heritage and god knows who else. No point publishing plans that have to be changed. Wait till July.
