Spot on (y) Good post.

I would love to see him here, adds pace to our team which we need especially from wide position and the ability to come on and change a game. He isn't the finished article but we need midfielders for next season and we can't have 8 or 9 top class midfielders so we need some cheaper alternatives.

Any ideas when he's going to say where he's going?

We haven't got much chance of getting him, but there is still a very slight chance we may if he decides he wants first team football in the premiership now. At least we're trying to sign him, if we hadn't of put a bid in for him I can imagine some people asking questions as to why we didn't at...

I honestly think that if we give Manny a proper pre season, he will be the best player we have next season. I'd hate to see him end up at Newcastle or Man City and seeing what we missed out on. :(

He can but he is much more effective in a 4-5-1, if we are playing 4-4-2, manny and somebody like Diarra would be a better pairing. ToxethBlue beat me to the point i was trying to make :(

Cahill has been our most vital player but he thrives on playing in a 5 man midfield, so if Moyes wants to play 2 upfront Cahill will not get in the team.

Looks like we really are interested in Jo. Moyes must be certain he's going to be a great player to spend 18 mil on him. I'm surprised about M'bami as well he's only small, I thought Diarra would've been the more realistic DM as he is 6ft 3.

And Fernandes isn't even on the bench. And Baines will be starting at left back next season so looks like Jagielka or Yobo will be on the bench.
