….if the market is anything to go by, Rooney seems to be taking a walk as does Potter whilst odds are shortening for Martinez. Outside of this list, a bit of interest in Kasper Hjulmand.

I know it's literally just bookies but I am always just so floored at how awful the names of managers we are linked with time after time.

We have to have it. That's not a Martinez defense, unlimited time isn't making him a competent manager, but we've got to stop the short term stuff.

Every single thing he said about having a chairman, director of football, CEO etc was the complete polar opposite that Everton are right now.

If we approached him, he would need all that in place before he even did a training session.

I think people are misunderstanding that Potter clip he was doing his best to give a diplomatic answer without actually saying he wasn't interested he wasn't laughing at the idea of coming here he was laughing that the journalist didn't let him get away with it that's why he said that's my answer at the end not yes its a no to Everton. We won't get him because we probably wouldn't even try if he's not already in Moshiri or Kenwrights contact list anyway and then we wouldn't pay the compensation but I bet he'd come here if we did ask him.
