Fitness. Fit donkeys can do a job, unfit and slow donkeys end up in the slaughterhouse.
We need fitter, faster and more driven players to have any chance in the premier league
 
Went with too much deadwood, self inflicted as well as both DoF incumbents had the chance to shift out the wasters and both failed and somehow added to it
 

We arent good enough.

We played a team in Leeds this weekend, we lack the team ethic, desire, hard work, skill and fitness, the very thing Leeds demonstrated, which is why they beat us. We will continue to float down the league to obscurity until this is changed. Signing a couple of leaders would also help, good ones
 

I think it’s the whole culture of the club, tbh. Mediocrity runs deep and is almost just accepted these days.

We don’t seem to have any sort of plan of how to get ourselves out of it.

The culture should have changed as soon as Moshiri came in but too many losers stuck around the place.
