Proposed changes to the Premier league

So they can vote no to new owner taking over a different club?

Indeed, so we may have been blocked under those rules. They just want to make sure no one else can enter the cartel.

Hopefully their fans kick off too because it's basically we want to get European football with minimal investment to make the accounts work when everything is currently in their favour anyhow. Sickening.

It's all about money. The elite clubs won't support or drive anything that creates more equality, it's as simple as that really.

I think though that Moshiri wants us to hobnob amongst that group, so we won't do anything that puts their noses out of joint.

It's not surprising is it really, Liverpool/United have waited for a chance like this for years obviously by essentially blackmailing the lower leagues to bail them out in return for power over the whole Premiership, Of course Mr LFC Rick Parry is leading this along with his LFC friends, Disgusting club.

Absolute scumbags.

There is no reason that the top 6 (including the 3 other longest standing members) should have any more privileges that any other team in the football league. Otherwise that is not a fair sport. The idea is that a team can rise or fall through the league system. If you take that away then you just make a mockery of the sport.

This is the (unwanted) Americanisation of an English sport. Disgusting.

Spot on.

United losing their stanglehold on the top spots is seeing them get desperate.

Just glad we have USM behind us as this could see the end of top flight football as we know it. Sport should be about everyone having a chance to be successful, not just a select few, even if we are in that group of haves, it isn't right.
