We're so far from the level required for Europe that it might be time to take the 1 year ban and break FFP.

Do you agree?

Sigh.

It wont just be a ban, it would be a fine, a squad reduction and we would be required to break even by the next window or they will violate us properly.

If it was just a case of taking the ban for a year why don't other clubs just ignore it?

Its not just a ban and a fine.

And when we break the rules by just one pound:
  • England Everton – €2 billion fine, €4 million suspended. Squad reduced to 2 players. Transfer and salary spending restrictions for a twenty two-year period. Goodison Park ordered to be demolished.

Squad being reduced to 2 players would probably help. Feel everyone else just gets in the way of Digne & Richarlison

In all seriousness, clubs like Leicester and Sheffield United have shown you don't need to break financial fair play, you just need players with desire and something to prove who will listen to a good manager. We keep signing physically and mentally weak players who have no passion or desire to put their body on the line for the club (Richarlison and Digne excepted).

It’s pretty simple isn’t it, we used to be very good at it, great post.

Its not just a ban and a fine.

Some of those fines are the equivalent of paying Bernard and Sigurdsson a single weeks wages.

Are any of those clubs actually cacking themselves, though?

I can't say I've read too much about the impending doom and deep regret of Fenerbahce or Trabzonspor?
