All of the complains this season about the play, all of the complaints about how poor the quality of players are....quietly we have had 1.76 ppg since Silva was fired(Of course a couple were before he came in). On 32 matches that would be 56 points, or also known as 3rd in the league right now. For all of the complaining and whining we have been at least 3rd best since the change in managers, WITH the same squad.

Some of the football ain't pretty but what he's doing is setting us up to be hard to beat and then with a little dash of quality here and there.

He's not getting players to do things they aren't comfortable with and it works.

The change to a 3 at the back I was really concerned about but it literally just stifled them where they simply ran out of ideas.
