Hate him with a passion but he's the only other one in half decent form, best of a bad bunch for me. Ideally it'd be Holgate or Gblamin but neither are possible due to injury and the other CBs turning like a cruise liner.

I can't see Gomes doing 90 minutes, if he starts im sure it will be schniederlin, he played well in the last game and for me Gomes needs a tackler with him in the middle so we can see Gomes getting forward more and hurting the opposition.

the fact that we are away at the arsenal means it has to be a DM next him and Shniedenfraud is the only one we have outside Holgate who has to start at CB. Surely Gomes will not start, so I supect Delph with Schnieds or even Davies... unless Carlo gives Gomes an hour and then reverses that picture.

Out of the options I think only schniederlin and Delph are proper Defensive Midfielders, Delph really dissapointed me against Watford because he dived in, got a yellow and at that point should have said to himself "don't dive in again" but he did and got sent off.

Schneiderlin on form however im sure ive seen them paired together in the midfield in which they were absolutely shocking (might be Villa away this season).
