Now how much is that worth a year to any prospective bidder.
Exactly, USM are practically paying for it. £12m a year just for sponsorship of Finch Farm...our training facility !

Oh yeah, the point I was trying to make was some clubs are getting 20 odd mill a year for sponsorship, USM are paying 30 mil just for the option to sponsor, it shows how big this 30 million actually is

This will only last until it gets through planning i assume which could be as early as the summer. As soon as its finalised it could then become Megaton stadium being built. Or does naming only happen once its up?

It's not really THAT big... Sounds big but in reality it's only a couple of yr's sponsorship to secure first option on something that could (potentially) last decades.
