New Everton Stadium Discussion

Disabled access?

Mate it’s still a wet dock, there’s able-bodied access issues.

I don’t believe for one moment that Meis would design a non-wheelchair-friendly arena.

The dock gates are street level and are massively wide enough.

Apparently something to do with the access areas being cobbled? The stadium itself im sure will be sound but theres some issues as to what the club can change. Having not being in the meeting of course, this is second hand information.

That does sound plausible. Its the sort of irritating detail that no one thought of when planning any build, that crop up when things get close to a final submission.

nah in this day and age, and with all the uncertainty over our alledged capacity, this would have been well thought out from the get go.

You're letting facts come in the way of your thinking here, you do understand that these are almost deemed unnecessary in 21st century Britain? Baloney is the currency of choice nowadays.
