Swearing Warnings?

Does anyone else think this is how it’s going to be now. Sit there is silence. Don’t say anything, no emotion. This is not the Everton way. It’s all gone so Americanised football. Soon we will all be referring to it as soccer and going to cookouts before the game.

It’s very strange to me but with the more American owners in the league they clearly are having an influence over kick off times, the way the game is played and ref’d, such as the mic’d up nonsense. Every team now has to play the same because nobody can score from open play anymore because every goal is offside. It’s become so so boring.

One minute the club are accusing fans of putting women in headlocks, now they are warning folks for swearing. Maybe they should focus on improving the performance on the pitch so that we would have a lot less to swear about instead of wasting their time putting stickers on seats.
Doubt it's Irvine, McKinlay and Baines running up and down the stairs putting warnings out tbf mate, not sure what you want they people who are actually doing it to do about player performance!

var for the warnings in the stands.

What will they do about away fans swearing? Send a strongly worded sticker in the post to their club with the seat number they were in, hoping they can be identified from the ticket sale record and then appropriately stickered at their next home game?

It will have been easy for the Mansfield game as every away fan who attended will need one for the "Youuu'rre s_ _t, AAAAAHHHHH" when they got the chance. Cost a fortune in stickers, though, there were about 5,000 of them wasn' there?

Had a load of them near and around our seats, West stand upper block 247.

Honestly, I’ve not heard anything more than usual “industrial” language that we’ve had at the footy for hundreds of years, certainly no racism or homophobic slurs. I may have roared out a few f-bombs myself from time to time 🤣

Do we have to stop singing GOT now, or JPs dynamite song? Kin Joke.

Whoever’s complaining is an absolute ballbag and needs to find something else to do with their time.

I'm still not sure why people don't get this. Match going fans are becoming a smaller and smaller percentage of a clubs income. There is very limited room for growth in that area.

The money is in tv rights and corporate tickets, both of which have a much higher ceiling in terms of revenue streams.

Sorry matchday fans, but you have had over 100 years of being the most important people, but tv viewers are the future
