You’ve done something that would make Mrs bl’s eyes roll, set me off looking at maps!!
So your What3words are samosa.hearing.heavenly. there are apparently a few “ perch ponds” in Finland. When I put it in and used Google maps to navigate it suggested there’s a road/ track which takes you close . You’ll obviously know better. What3words has a navigate feature using a compass in the app which may also work but I’ve never tried it .

We took that paler blue road and it lead us to a gate with a no entry sign ,we started off about a mile from the pond and finished up three miles away ! We did find some wild mushrooms and a big snake which means we aren't going back ,It was an adder about 3 foot long .
The dark blue road is privately owned and they only allow access in one direction . We sneaked on when they weren't looking and went around the lake it was beautiful with a couple of weirs ,it is too flat here for waterfalls .

2 more false alarms with mum's fall alarm and then irony of ironies it didn't go off when she did fall. Even worse I was in the same room changing her bedding at the same time.

It all happened in slow motion, she just over balanced using her wheeler and I was too slow and couldn't catch her.

She reopened the wound on her shin which took months to heal last year. I've cleaned and dressed it but can I get an urgent district nurse visit ? Can I hell.....maybe Friday! GP won't do dressings..."what about going to A&E?" Are you mad, as if I m going to have her sat with the pissed dregs of society for 6 hours.

I'm so fed up. I can't provide a safe environment for mum , she doesn't / can't listen to advice and instructions and the onerous nature of looking after her is just too much .

I've contacted the local authority yet again to try to get her into a care home ....."we will get back to you for a re-assessment, she's on the amber list ".

Sorry to read about your mum mate. But I'll catch up on the rest of the thread before commenting further. Don't want a Je suis Fred occurance.

Been a right let down this pre-season hasn't it, we'll never learn, no point in excitement this club will kill it off every time.

I've still been gaming more than usual, on games that I've not been able to play for years or even never played before and also while I was downloading I ended up getting a good session on minecraft going so that's took a lot of time up.

Good morning all on this heavily dewed one here .I hope all are well and enjoy today ,the closer it has got the more jealous I am of those attending .I have the stream and the old geezers are on the Everton YT channel afterwards .So it didn't take 21 days ,what a service .I wonder if Dan and son will attend ?
