….i think Barrie Reees is on the pic (4th left), he later transferred to Brighton and tragically died in a car crash aged just 22.

I seem to remember reading that Don Revie was not against letting Bremner go, but Leeds had a run of games with a depleted squad so he was kept until after them. Apparently, Bremner played so well in them that any plan to release him was shelved.

Yes that was for a fee while we had Bobby then the Catt tried a straight swap but accepted a fee - he thought Collins was way past his best - only in the mid 1970s Thd Catt admitted he made a massive blunder - especially selling him to Leedx & he should have kept him !
