Steady now. Unlike some of the prior seasons we actually already have a decent first 11 to start the season if healthy. We have to improve on the right wing, center mid, and right back spots but if we start the first day like this, then it’s not like we’re conceding the first few matches like Dyche did.

I haven't been too concerned up to now - we have retained who we needed to retain and signed two new players - but we will need to see progress over the coming fortnight.

I'd be surprised if we don't.

I'm not sure why people are quite so antsy on this thread at the moment: it's not like we were going to bring in 10 players straight off the bat. These things take time. I'd say we are where we'd expect to be - and I'd expect more incomings over the coming weeks.

I'll panic at the start of August...

I log into this thread 4-5 times a day and every-time i do i come away a bit more concerned by our lack of activity.

Yes deals take time, yes the recruitment team is new, PSR etc

Yet at the end of the day our squad is worrying small with absolutely no depth.

Really hope we don’t just throw August away again!!!
