Crystal Palace and the Europa League

How did UEFA “tidy up their multi club rules” specifically? Are you saying these blind trusts are fit for purpose?
It doesn’t matter that UEFA are not a bastion of honesty and transparency? Mmm hmm.
Again; the email is immaterial. Textor did not want to, nor could he be forced to put his shares into a blind trust.

My opinion doesn't matter on it. It's also not UEFAS problem if you can't force Textor to put his shares in a trust.

It's all on palace. They accepted his cash, nobody forced them too.

For reasons that you have been explained to you several times.
You don’t seem to have a very Evertonian spirit about this?
Sound like more of an entitled City fan.

Look. You are not the first multi club in England to play in Europe. And won't be the last.

Every other one, even smaller clubs like Brighton have managed to sort themselves out in time.

You didn't. Only your board and Textor to blame

Textor strikes me as a massive idiot ala Farhad Moshiri and owned 43% of the club so I reckon technically they’ve ballsed it up

Problem is the rules are wank to begin with, they’re not enforced consistently, and fans have to worry far too much about owners and finances than the actual football

And Textor is selling up before the season begins. Should let Palace compete

Forget all the arguments about emails and time limits.............I fail to see how anyone with less than 51% shareholding can have a "decisive influence".

Surely CAS as a more authorative legal body will rule in favour of Palace.

This does however send out a huge warning to Everton should we ever qualify for the same European competition as Roma.
