Crystal Palace and the Europa League

Can you prove 10% owner Palace owner Blitzer is involved in the club to the capacity they break the below UEFA rule?

"no one may simultaneously be involved, either directly or indirectly, in any capacity whatsoever in the management, administration and/or sporting performance of more than one club participating in a UEFA club competition".
He couldn’t prove that with Textor who had a larger shareholding.

I don't need to. UEFA have.

There is no conspiracy, no 'out to get palace'.

You've fallen foul of the rules, ignored the email with the details. Lied about the email and textor blew that lie.

"I saw the email in February... I just didn't think it was relevant"

Now am I meant to believe that a person with no interest or control over a club saw that email and the other board members didn't??

No. As has been stated many times, Palace believed at the time, and continue to believe that Textor does not have control, nor significant influence. Textor has confirmed that view. You have never been able to illustrate any examples where that is incorrect.
You do not know that Palace ignored the email.
Who “lied” about the email and how?
Is it your view the, as stated above, that the threshold for control or significant influence is reading an email?
Finally, UEFA haven’t “proved” anything. They’ve just expressed a view with regard to one of their rules which contradicts previous views.

In 15 years I've never had an email from UEFA, not one. They sent a notification that this rule change was coming to info@cpfc.co.uk. Nobody saw it so they kept sending it again and again and again. This was in January.

“Notwithstanding the fact that even if I'd received it, what could I have done? I couldn't make somebody do it. They passed this rule so there was nothing we could do.

So UEFA sent it in January?!? And Palace ignored it. And they kept sending it.

He says nobody saw it... But Textor said he saw it in February.

Your club has lied to the fans. You had 2 months to sort it out. You simply didn't because you didn't think you'd be in Europe.

Your club are to blame. Stop blaming UEFA. They are only enforcing rules.

1. So he would not expect an email from UEFA, never having had one before or been in Europe before and it went to a generic email address , not to a specific person.
2. He cannot force a shareholder to put their shares in a blind trust.
3. I imagine all the board members had seen it by February but I refer you to point 2, above. Parish said he did not see it when first sent because it went to the generic email address.
4. Given Point 2 above, how could it have been “sorted out” in “2 months”.
5. How have “the club lied to the fans”?

All of the above is entirely irrelevant anyway as Palace believed and continue to believe that Textor has had no significant control or influence. Textor has said so himself and you, as in your last post, intimated that you trust him.
(That in itself is bizarre).

I don't believe Textor. But the idea that someone who owned 43% of palace that had a vote along with 3 other directors didn't have significant interest or control over a club...

I'm sorry it's for the birds that

He had a 25% vote, same as all the other Directors, with full agreement that Parish, who runs the club on a day to day basis, having the casting vote. in all matters.

But that doesn't matter in this. They tidied up their multi club rules. Told everybody about it, even the FA told palace.

Palace just didn't act on the information.
How did UEFA “tidy up their multi club rules” specifically? Are you saying these blind trusts are fit for purpose?
It doesn’t matter that UEFA are not a bastion of honesty and transparency? Mmm hmm.
Again; the email is immaterial. Textor did not want to, nor could he be forced to put his shares into a blind trust.
