ABSOLUTELY....The natural successor to Moyse?
ABSOLUTELY....The natural successor to Moyse?
Coleman will be getting another year long deal next summer surely, can`t do without him being around the lads.….very unlikely, I think Baines and/or Coleman are much more likely.
He did a few sportsman’s around the city before the end of last season , I get the impression that Everton is a job that would genuinely interest him .I don't think he'd be into club management. Just a feeling.

Making a great case for it.The natural successor to Moyse?
It's always a risk to appoint someone with no club managerial experience but in Carley's case it's a risk I'd be happy to take especially if Moyes is moved upstairs and able to mentor if needed.
I just don’t see a former England manager , even short term , taking a u21’s job .I think if he was going to do that, he would have to come in as part of Moyes’ team after the U21s.
We did hear talk from Moyes about bringing in new staff in the summer but unless I’ve missed it, I have only heard that Charlie Adam has left.
Didn’t do himself any favours with the tactics in the first game . I love him and I would love him to get another go but that was mad .Managed brentford. And short spells with coventry and birmingham.
Agree though.
He seems happy with the international set up which is a lot different to day to day club football. Also looked like he never enjoyed the spotlight on him when he got the full England job.
In my mind this is what is going to happen.….very unlikely, I think Baines and/or Coleman are much more likely.
