I said a few days ago Romano always jumps the gun in order to ‘claim’ the exclusive.

Same as with Gana, DCL, Coleman. They clearly want to keep him.

I think the fact he’s entertained us suggests he’s open to the move, him agreeing terms shows he’s willing to make it. It’s now down to what Fulham have put in front of him and whether he wants to uproot.

I think we have to recover our reputation mate, there is a whole generation out there for whom Everton have been a laughing stock in the PL for much of their lives, since Moyes left in 2013 really. Anyone 20-22 now playing, Everton have been brutal for their adolescence and young adulthoods.

We’ve a job of work recovering our reputation, we’l do it - but not without some knocks in the market.

Like Radzinski before him, Kenny will regret picking Fulham if he does, I’ve no doubt about that.
