Been a few on here who watch the youth team saying is nowhere near ready, plus instead being backup for obrien. Get him a good loan might really help him progress, i think tete would be decent nothing special but could do a job for us. Esp if we bting in real quality for the rw position

Come on now, Walker through his career has been better going forward than Jake, who is, and looks like, a central defender at full back.

OBrien has 2 goals in 17 and is less prone to mistakes that Walker has let creep into his game over the last couple of years
He's lost that yard of pace, isn't great attacking and I'm not sure what people expect they are getting, because it isn't an attacking exciting FB

He’s still better going forward than Jake, forget stats, I’ve watched him play for 15 years with my eyes. He helps more in attacking situations.
I’m not massively sold on him btw, and I don’t think anyone is expecting an exciting attacking FB!
(Stats are hard to compare btw, Youngs goal was a free kick. Would he be taking it if we had De Bruyne or Foden on the pitch? Of course not)

I’d rather go with one of the best right backs the premier leagues ever seen that’s a kid who clearly isn’t good enough.
Despite what people on a forum think managers don’t put there jobs and reputations on the line by not playing kids, just to annoy you. They are a lot more knowledgable and qualified as to whether someone has shown enough to warranty a starting place in the toughest league in the world.
This forum went into meltdown because we wouldn’t spend £40m on Max Aarons a few years back, he’s now going to Rangers after a quiet few years.
