If you work for TFG you always have to watch your back though, it must be frustrating.

It does seem like Ghisolfi had a couple really poor windows, if hes replaced with Massara does that change opinions of the move? Massara seems to have coincided with Romas last good period, and with rebuilding AC Milan. Timing could be coincidence with both, but it exists.
