Membership 2025/25

Not sure. Reckon there will be about 8k tickets on general sale with a full away allocation, it’s less of an uptick than people think.

I can’t see it ever getting past Tier 1 for league games. Not sure what Tier 2 is really for, feels like it might catch those out who don’t know the real general sale situation; the club should be transparent about how many seats they expect to go on sale.
Thing is even if you knew exactly how many tickets were for sale it would not really help guide which level.of membership to purchase as you will never know how many basic or plus members there are in total.
It's basically driving anyone that wants a ticket to the £60 plus membership. Maybe the basic £35 membership is usefully for someone who just wants to build up their years for ST waitlist priority. But as I've said before they can easily split the season ticket waitlist at some point and divide and concur between plus and basic memberships. Another shafting!!!

I think a lot of these memberships will be bought by people who acknowledge that they wont get many home league game tickets, but want to at least get a game or two in the new stadium and perhaps a cup game to taste the experience. Also the 10% / 20% off stadium tours and preference on other stadium events would be seen as an attraction.

The matches are just part of the experience now.

The club have made that calculation IMO and these memberships will sell like hot scones to starving navvies.

To be fair, I pretty easily managed to get home game tickets at Goodison up until the Leicester game (by easily I mean being a member, and going on at the time they went on sale). With a few thousand extra seats, there's obviously even more chance of getting a ticket. That's before the resale system (more season tickets means more resale potential). I also don't think the demand for the last few games at Goodison was all the same people, some of course as I was one of them, but there will have been plenty looking for "one last game" there.

Taking the rights and wrongs of it away (lots more wrongs than rights), I think people will get more than 1 or 2 games with membership - I certainly expect to considering I got to 15 credits last season in a smaller stadium, with only two transfers from my dad included.

The first season at the stadium will see a lot of demand for available tickets, I would have thought.

If ever Everton become a hot ticket again in the next few seasons and tickets are sold as part of commercial packages (a la the Kopites) then next season and the season after could be the sweet spot: where fan demand dips after the novelty of the first season but before any later surge based on success.

I was told today by a good source that last season there was 58,000 “membership” holders.

That’s a nice £3.5m pocketed for ‘eff all if all opt for the £60 membership.

Good luck getting a season ticket with close to 80,000 on the waiting list too.

Not saying that it's not a rip off but these are the times we're living in.

A mate bought a membership last season just for a last visit.
He got 2 tickets for the Leicester game.
Just as you say by luck.
I'm not sure if you can by more than one per membership now.

Now I could be wrong here which according to my long haired one is impossible........But! Had a membership for a couple of seasons and clicked on the Forever Blue email flogging the new, class system memberships.

Tried to buy the 35 quid Forever Blue (middle class - you can tell I was born in Everton) level of membership and - computer says no. So the rat's starting to pong around here, I can buy the Forever Blue + membership for 65 quid but none of the others! Is this a cunning plan on behalf of our venerable new owners to increase the coffers by making past members feel impotent - anybody else not able to but the middle level of membership?

So ive gone from tier 1 to tier 2. I needd to buy the plus membership to get back on tier 1. Does that mean if i dont then anyone who has no years of membership can suddenly buy a plus and jump ahead of me on the waiting list.

You don’t need to buy a Plus to get back to Tier 1 on the waiting list. You’re currently showing as Tier 2 as you haven’t renewed for 25/26. Buying a “normal” Forever Blue will put you back into Tier 1 on the waiting list

No. As far as I understand it, tier 2 refers to anyone who doesn't have membership and tier 1 to any Forever or Forever Plus member. Same as it was previously (the reason that you are on tier 2 now is because they are swapping out the membership systems and the records will be updated next month).
If you are talking about bands on the waiting list, that hasn't been mentioned so I assume it is the same as previously notified.

Prob being a bit of a div here, but trying to buy 2 adult and a 0-4 membership. Mines no problem - connected to my account etc, but my Mrs has never had a membership - how do I add her
(Open question - not necessarily aimed at you!)
I think you'll have to sign her up to an account on the main site with all her details, and buy through that. After that she'll have a customer number and you can connect that to yours to buy tickets etc

You only get one ticket per membership? Seems pointless for me to get a membership at all tbh. I can't see my mates getting one so I'd end up on my own. My dad won't be getting one either as it'll just be the one or two games he'd want to go to.
