I agree with you - we want players who actually want to play for the club and Beto certainly fits that criteria. However, let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet, seeing as no highly reliable sources have reported that a move is imminent. Plenty are reporting talks with Chelsea, but none are reporting an imminent transfer.

It’s demeaning even in the sky transfer tv talk about Chelsea wanting to do business early and they will want to get Delap wrapped up early for that Club cup tournament when mentioning other clubs he may go to they only mention Man U and Newcastle as other clubs that are interested.
From Skys view we aren’t even in the conversation for him.
