Not sure how you have said this tbh before game was insane support, carried on till for atleast 15/20 minutes into first half when was insane how loud. Still had songs going off to end the first half. Then the second half will give you but becuase of the situation i am sure it got to alot of people that it was the end. I dont think is a massive concern at all ofc will be people getting used to sitti by in different stadium people ect. But will be displays again by the 1878 then with the team hopefully showing more we can all work to get it bouncing

Has been hard at goodison because of everything that has happend also imo down to a disgraceful style of play. Atleast no going games trying to attack create chances, hopefully is the start now of good things
 


Just thought i would give my thoughts as a Saints fan.

The day was so special & felt very privileged to have shared it with you - probably been said hundreds of times on this tread but the scenes outside, the atmosphere inside was something else - & the club did the fans proud with the videos, parade & music after.

To be honest i was apprehensive leaving the south coast early on Sunday morning - i felt maybe some Evertonians would feel that Saints fans had no right be at Goodison - that good could not be further from the truth. I have been following Saints away for more years than i care to mention BUT I have never felt such welcoming fans in my life .... had so many fans coming up to me & my son for a chat, wishing us luck for next season - it was amazing. Went to Anfield earlier in the year - i could have been anywhere!! So many tourists, rare to hear the scouse acent. Everton a proper club

Goodison got the send off it deserved - good luck for in your new place ... i fear it may be a few years before Saints visit :(

Tony Bellew is not representative of Everton…there’s professionals who are Evertonians who could do the job much better.

I thought the band was underwhelming and I’m not alone so what’s your problem.

We’ve had all season to plan for this and the ending(the band)was a bit of a damp squib for me.

You have a different opinion but telling me to behave is ridiculous IMHO.

Watching Tony Bellew made me cringe to be honest. Given that women seem to be the preferred choice of presenters I was was hoping Amanda Holden might have been brought in.
