He was just so weak on the ball on Saturday. As you say, he gets it under control well but the defenders know they can just knock him off the ball.
By contrast in the second half, McNeil got hold of it and carried it 30 yards up the pitch holding off a couple of defenders. Ndiaye was doing it for fun before his injury. Harrison doesn't have the strength, speed or skill to do that.

I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if that happened. Moyes really rates him. So did Dyche. Training hard and on-pitch performances are two very different things. Harrison has basically no results the past few seasons. No real goals or assists. Nothing.
