He is a 1 in 2 striker in terms of goals, in per minutes.

He scores goals and would score for in kids games,

Not aesthetically pleasing but absolutely does the job.

People will still tell you he's not the best striker at the club despite just equaling our best league return from a striker in four years without penalties or starting half of the matches.

He's that good.

No some of you desperately want to jump on his back like you did for the Chelsea goal that five other players could have stopped. People just refuse to give him the credit he deserves for turning this season around.

He carries us on his giant broad shoulders to safety.

Beto is an athlete. His positioning is intelligent and he has shown signs of good and clever finishing. He is without a doubt clumsy, but that is something you work on and compensate for in the off-season. He may not improve dramatically in that area, but I would bank that we will not find better without blowing our entire budget and even then that is not a guarantee. As someone said earlier, is it worth the risk to replace him just because he makes you laugh on the pitch?

Mad to waste fund on another striker instead of a proper right winger to provide him with more goals.

Mad to sell him if Broja is the replacement.

Beto is much more of an athlete. A clumsy athlete, but an athlete. Not sure I'd compare them

I mean, Jelavic was clumsy as well. He scored some seriously wonky goals. I like Beto, I just would be mildly worried about him besting this.

Glad someone else said this too. Pickford hoofing the ball at him on the halfway line while he was marked was stupid. But it was so easy to blame him (shocked that Moyse did) I'll take his rubber shins for 15+ next season,which with decent service he'll get no problem.

Definitely keep, when you have a fluid 3 behind him, Alcaraz, N'diaye and McNeil, they can all play, Beto has pace, determination and knows where the net is.

He's a calamity but at the same time will find himself in goalscoring positions more often than DCL, that's why Beto should get the nod.

I think he’s worth keeping. Yes he’s clumsy, but at times he’s hugely effective. Defenders don’t like him ruffling their feathers.

We know he's not perfect but he does have a nack of putting the ball in the net. Feed him centrally & he will get us goals. Charlie & Beto is a thing. Again, not perfect but it is something tangible to work off.

But if an offer comes in and he wants to be 1st choice/unhappy here....
