Leave the defence it's sound, will need a reasonable back up CB to push tarky though once Keane has gone.
Definitely need a CM with Doucs and possibly Alcaraz not here, also one quality Right winger and a striker. Easy Dan.

If we were only able to pick one position to improve it has to be right wing. Whether Dwight or Ndiaye, left wing is okay. But Jesper and Broja aren’t cutting it. Charly isn’t a winger and he may not even stay. Right wing has been a revolving door of mediocrity.

Striker is paramount but will be pretty much useless without service.

Think we need a playmaker, number 10 or an attacking midfielder massively also, Doucoure Alcaraz doesnt cut it for me.

EDIT: Maybe we have one already in Harrison

With all the money wasted under Moshiri, we are hugely lack in areas, that weren't a problem before takeover. Mykolenko is great defensively, but his flaws are exposed, because we don't have a decent natural left winger. Ilimans done well but prefers to play more centrally. Ever since Rodriguez left, we don't have much creativity in central midfield, we need a proper right winger. Both McNeil and Harrison get ball and go backwards. Beto isn't great, but at same time he doesn't get the service. There's no point spending huge amounts of money on a striker and then leaving him isolated and wondering why he hasn't scored. I'd say our goalkeeper, defence and Gueye are sound, everywhere else needs huge investment.

I hope over time that Moyes favours McNeil on left wing and moves Ndiaye central. I’d expect great things with that move.

I don't know about McNeil to be honest, would be be far more dangerous on left if we had Digne for example? Both Coleman and Baines overlapped, currently neither Mykolenko or JOB seem comfortable doing that. I still don't know whether Patterson is a decent player, who simply hasn't been given a run in side, or whether managers have seen him in training a don't rate him. Honestly don't know. Club has been run appallingly in recent years, some players seem to get given countless chances such as Maupay even when he was crap, yet Simms didn't get same chances. I'd like to see more of Chermiti and more of Alcaraz.

I think right wing being completely useless is the biggest issue in the team at the minute so the signing we need the most imo is someone who can take advantage when space is created on that side. It's basically Harrison and Lindstrom who have played all the minutes out there and they have 1 goal and 1 assist combined. It is a complete disaster really. Nothing else is that far from functioning.
