OK let's take your hypothetical situation on a step and assume that Frank has issued an ultimatum to the club and subsequently walked away.

Why would a PL club owner hire a manager who publicly hung his last boss out to dry and then walked off the job while trying to completely absolve themselves of any responsibility for their 3rd failed job on the bounce?
