Whatever you think about 'Old Ashley' he's a complete professional who has never given us less than maximum effort. Compare and contrast with Delph, who came here with a big time Charlie attitude and felt he was doing us a favour. Of course...
I get that view, I really do, but he was a focal point for a lot of kids who never had much else at the club to idolise. He may not be a legend performance wise, but I think he is an idol. Somebody who you know loves Everton like we do.
Years...
Looks alright, feel we could do far better.
Great ball in for the goal. Just don’t think he really does a whole lot to be honest. We need more quality.
This parasite who's trying all he can to destroy the host presenting himself as delivering regeneration when he's done the square root of f.a. to make it all work.
If you want to see what a mayor does in another major city for its transport, look at Birmingham's for Aston Villa's stadium expansion.
I cannot fathom how Rotherham is our metro mayor. He's done absolutely nothing apart from higher a PR team...
Put him at RB for the last 4 games.
He can maybe save us some money next season once we start alternating the use of Branthwaite/Tarkowski/O'Brien at CB.
Right now he's not a starter for a team aiming to be in the top 10. A neat and tidy player but doesn't do enough on or off the ball to get the team playing in games like today.
We have same problem as we have had for years, we don't create enough chances and we don't score enough. Garners set pieces are terrible, there doesn't seem to be any plan, when we go a goal down.
He was terrible from the off.
I look for positioning because closing down space is probably as big an issue for a defender as actually doing stuff on the ball - cutting out passing lines etc.
Patterson is as a bad as I've ever seen in that...
