….he’s clearly a major factor within the club, it’s not in the least nostalgia.
With so many new players coming in this summer, Coleman will have a key role to play and Moyes would’ve been very keen to have him involved. Strategically good move.
A very important signing at a time of transition for the club, he's a huge influence on the players. Being bothered whether his title is player, coach, cheerleader or whatever is a bit of a waste of energy tbh.
We have no idea what he earns. But we do now have professional, competent people in place at all levels of the club and the judgement is that the value he provides the club, in whatever form that takes, justify the wage he's been given.
If I was Jarrod I'd consider Wales as a big FU to and other young England stars playing for what they think of lesser teams not competing in European football. See how long Tuchel keeps his job.
I think that's encouraging. He is bound to have asked Moyes to give him a flavour of the calibre of players we're trying to bring in and must believe we will be able to compete.
Is it just me or does he (weirdly) remind anyone of Phil Neville!? He’s got the same hunched over running style.. looks a one trick pony too.. not sure he’d cut the mustard in the prem. Great numbers though tbf
