Here you are. Van Persie got sent off for less and could argue the ball was actually in play. A West Brom player at 1.24 gets red for just kicking the ball at someone after the whistle. Also far less violent than Tawks. So enough of this nonsense...

I've a feeling of the ball is nowhere near and you knee an opponent up the arse that might get a red. It's what a referee considers violent conduct,they all have their own ideas. Like I said there was no need for him to do it.
