Has to go . There's many problems here that aren't his fault but the tactics and coaching are his responsibility. Starting with a back 5 in a must win game and then throwing away a 1-0 lead is the equivalent of a signature on a resignation letter

If this was Everton under Moyes I'd say sell him and plug the gaps . I just don't trust this board and manager to do a decent job with the money .
